Returns & Exchanges
At Zia Tile, we want you to love your handmade surfaces; however, due to the artisanal nature of our products, we accept returns on qualifying orders within 30 days of delivery subject to a restocking fee. Please note that all tile must be returned in its original, unopened packaging to ensure the integrity of the material.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your return consists of at least 4 full boxes of tile and is within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Submit Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened boxes to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Arrange Logistics
Securely pack the tiles on a pallet if necessary and arrange for shipping back to our warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for all return freight costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 25% restocking fee.
