What is the typical lead time for an order?
In-stock items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. For custom or out-of-stock artisanal tiles, lead times can range from 8 to 14 weeks depending on the material and complexity of the design.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Because our tiles are handcrafted, natural variations in color, texture, and shading occur. Samples help you see the authentic beauty of the product in your specific lighting.
How are shipping costs calculated for heavy tile orders?
Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. Most orders are shipped via LTL freight on pallets to ensure the material arrives safely. Rates are provided at checkout based on your delivery zip code.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that custom orders and sample sales are final and cannot be returned.
Should I order extra tile for my project?
We recommend ordering an additional 15% overage to account for cuts, breakage during installation, and future repairs. This ensures you have tile from the same production batch for color consistency.
Are your tiles suitable for outdoor use?
Suitability depends on the material. Most of our cement and zellige tiles are suitable for covered outdoor areas, but specific freeze-thaw ratings apply. Please check the product specifications page for each individual tile collection.
